GE Appliances technicians are certified specialists trained by the factory and supported by our technical assistance team. They use proprietary computer technology to more accurately diagnose the problem and make sure the appliance is fixed properly. No other servicer has this technology. If you’re deciding whether you should repair or replace your appliance, we offer a worry-free rebate to help offset the Home Call fee should you decide not to have the technician repair the appliance.
