Simple, clean appearance. Works well. Easy to understand controls.

"Excellent" condition open-box item came with missing parts and broken bolt. Has to go through much trouble to get the product installed with the broken bolt. Microwave itself is excellent and functional.

Pros: can set for 1,2, or 3 min. with just one touch of a button, can add 30 seconds while it is going, not difficult to figure out controls. Cons: dark interior with weak light bulb makes for very little light inside, if cooking for less than a full minute you must press "cook time" before the number of seconds.

Wanted to replace broke microwave with same model. This one shown has same model # and pics are exactly as my broken one. Ordered and picked it up. Outside box has same model # as old one. Opened box and looks exactly same. Didn’t open micro door, as taped shut and had plastic protection, but pics shown were same. Well, after installing, removed covering to put plate inside. NOT the same! Interior color and design is different. Plate hangs over bottom edge, which GE says it is suppose to do. I figured I would just have to live with this since it’s already installed. Best Buy should correct photo to match what is really in box. Biggest problem is for some reason, this model doesn’t pop popcorn correctly. I use a microwave popper and most kernels will not pop! Old micro did an awesome job.

Overall this microwave is great. The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is that I'm not a fan of the constant beeping when the cooking cycle is over. Probably not a big deal for most people though. Best Buy installation was a totally smooth and easy experience!

Love this microwave. The reheat settings work better than any we've had before. Food heats evenly and reaches the right temperature for me (a little hotter than my wife and daughter prefer). The defrost setting has worked well for the few things we've done. I would recommend this unit.

Nice clean solidly made. Much more convenient controls than our old Frigidaire microwave. Looks like it will hold up better than our Frigidaire but only time will tell. We had it installed, and the guy who came out was polite and very efficient. It was worth the money to have it so professionally taken care of.

Love our new microwave. Lots of great features. I like the Mute button for those late night or early morning snacks when some folks are sleeping. Also like the "melt" feature for melting butter, etc.

Competitive price and available. What else could you ask for. Enjoying all the features of the appliance. Use it 8-10 times a day. Fit, finish, and functions all in line with the price. This is my second GE microwave. One month and no issues. Would recommend to a friend.

Great product. Replacing a 3 year old whirlpool that was 1/3 more expensive. So far so good one month in. Thank you Best Buy for the quick shipping. Especially over the holidays.

Awesome, works so well, super simple straightforward controls, the interior is so easy to clean, and the outside doesn’t catch fingerprints as easy as I expected compared to come other appliances I own. Also vents very well, with variable speeds, not to loud on the lowest setting. Really recommend, pairs beautifully with Samsung ranges.

Range fit perfectly and works as promised. Shopping was easy and we are happy with our purchase.

I was first excited to buy this Microwave. Works perfect. Quick programmable buttons was a nice feature. Just shy 1 year mark the magnetron broke. I contacted GE and they covered under warranty. I saw the Magnetron was made by Daweoo. I thought they went bankrupt while back. I guess not. Once fixed , just shy of second year guess what it broke again. Same issue. $200 plus to fix it. I bit the bullet and fixed it. Now going into my third year and I chucked it away. Sad a $400+ microwave plus $200 trim kit wasted...The decline in the company appliance division speaks volumes on why they are suffering. Short term profit mindset with crappy products, will deter me from buying this brand for a long long time.

Great microwave, the buttons are a bit hard to press, but overall it is a great item!

We love the GE microwaves. This is our third in several years. We just purchased this for our newly remodeled kitchen in our new home. It replaced a Whirlpool which we did not like at all. Easy to use, great options and good size interior. Great value!

Great purchase! The microwave was a little challenging to install as the anchor screw placement changed even though same manufacturer.

Overall seems to be a good appliance. The buttons on the panel aren't sensitive enough, seems I have to apply a bit of force to set the times, etc. Otherwise, no complaints.

A good price and availability but had to travel 50 miles to pickup. But pickup went very smoothly.

Best Buy was great and very helpful!!! I would highly recommend the Geek Squad Service for the installation.
