The microwave that I bought at Best Buy is very well working according to specifications. it's easy to operate and fit perfect in the cabinet.

Works great! Microwave is quiet and looks good in the kitchen.

Good product that works well. Not rated excellent only for the following...one of the two filter screens doesn't like to stay in place, the button pad is a little hard to push(as per other reviews) and the auto reheat sensor tends to error message towards the end. Overall very pleased with the look, functionality and price of this product.

Great features, big capacity and easy installation. My only complaint (at least my wife’s complaint) the buttons are not lighted and a bit dark its hard to read.

This is my second GE microwave. First one lasted until about 3 months after the warranty ran out (15 months). Bought this one and it went kaput after 11 months. Used the warranty to get it fixed (took 4 different service trips and replaced almost all the parts). Four months later, the thing is dead again and now out of warranty. They offered me a $100 rebate to buy a new GE branded microwave as a replacement. This next one will likely be my last one because it last a long time or I’ll never purchase GE again.

Flawless. Seems more powerful than my old 1000 watt microwave. The one touch sensor technology cooked a perfectly popped bag of popcorn. Very happy with this product. The BB installer left quite a bit of damage on my cabinet. Used masking tape for now to patch the cabinet for now.

very nice looking microwave, the clock lights are also very bright and LED white/blue color. it is very powerfull, I would like for it to have a auto cancel function when timer is not done it keeps on flashing cancel or start in a forever loop, not that important but something nice to have. BY THE WAY installation was kind of easy, 2 people ideal.

Great buy and very useful. The inside is large and cook on time. It is wonderful brand and l will highly recommend.

The microwave works great but glad I didn't use Best Buy installation. Installation was way too expensive.

This purchase was an updated model of the our old microwave the stopped working after about 3 years. The look is identical. Mounting it is a bit of a nightmare and new holes had to be drilled into cabinet because it was different than last. So far it’s working as expected.

We replaced a 16 year old LG that we loved with this model. The LG had a side-to-side movement of the glass tray, which we loved after we got used to its quirky hot spots. This CIRCULAR tray in the GE actually holds the biggest rectangular glass lasagna pan we used in the old one and heats more evenly. (With door OPEN on this GE, about 1/2 inch of the circular glass tray sticks out past the bottom of the microwave, a caution but otherwise a small price for being able to still use our biggest pan.) Other than getting used to a different spot on the GE panel for the count-down timer, this was a functional duplicate for the old LG. Ordered in black to match previous decor. Even used same bracket as the old LG without replacing it, making the install easier, though location of the power cord required another hole in our kitchen cabinet bottom. LOVE IT!
