Mute is great, Keyboard a little funky

The negatives are the keyboard 1-5 auto starts on high. I rarely use more than a minute or two on high which is easy enuf to get by pressing the "add 30 sec" a couple of times. The downside to their keyboard is I can't start by entering a time.

The extractor hood has enough power, the light is very practical and has several levels as well. Super easy to use, I recommend it

Anything else I must say I do wish if this product can have option to connect to smart phone like the e-cooking range same branch they have.

It is the best microwave I have ever used. The different settings enable her to heat/cook food quickly and easily. Also, Best Buy had the best price by far and their pickup procedures were a breeze!!
