Less than one month of usage and during the Covid-19 stay at home order. This is not a quality product and I am at a loss since its past the 15 day return for best buy. I don't think I will ever shop at Best Buy again since I can't get any support for this.

Nice upgrade from my older GE microwave

First thing I noticed was the space inside. I didn't realize how much more space there really is in a 1.9 cu. ft. one compared to a 1.6 cu. ft. one. The outside dimensions were the same, so it fit perfect in the existing spot. The inside is also coated, making it easier to clean. The cooking features are standard, mostly the same as on my old one. In addition to those it has a steam self-clean option which I like. So far everything is working like it should and I'm happy with the purchase.

The only negative I’ll say for now is the obnoxious Silver GE emblem at the top is too big. Also, the warehouse pickup at BB did not go smooth so I had to make a return trip.

I love this microwave and the features but the only problem is after a three minute warm up, a plate if food is not fully hot. There is still parts of the plate were its partly not properly heated, unlike my previously similar model. So basically I just stir up the food and/or put it back in for another minute.

DIY Install on Microwave worked greate

The base that the bolts screw into from the top don't have a very broad base, therefore, it flexed the sheet metal on the top of the microwave more that it should, but when I tightened everything up, it snugged up fine. Looks pretty good. If you look close, you can still see the bow in the sheet metal slightly.
