You can hear the refrigerator running from as far as 10 ft away. Uncertain if item arrived with damaged freezer seal or if it was damaged during install but the damage caused leaking and required a second technician call to replace door. We were limited on options as we needed a refrigerator to fit a specific space. Sadly, today's models are taller and narrower than the previous refrigerator that fit in the space available, so we lost storage space.

Great Refrigerator, right size for the small kitchen

Very pleased with purchase of this refrigerator. Delivery went smoothly as scheduled. They changed the hinge to the opposite side and everything worked out perfectly. Will definitely recommend the guys who came out to replace my old refrigerator. Good job!

Replaced 20 year old frig that had to fit in a tight space. But thiis one doesn't have a meat drawer, and one less shelf.

I didn’t want to write a review but just want to give some feedback on the status of the new fridge. After the delivery and installation which was done professionally, the fridge has been nonstop running for several hours. The temperature is set to the recommended position. If the problem persists, I would have to return it. This GE model is rated energy star but it sounds pretty loud. My other Samsung fridge is so much quieter!

Happy and very nice. Just perfect, but.....BB is biased against buyer who are right handed. This item comes optional with left or right hand, but comes delivered left hand. For BB to move the handles and hinges to the opposite side to make it right handed they charged me! Why don't they deliver it in right handed and charge the left handers instead! Us right handers are getting ripped off by BB. I ended up doing it myself because BB charging for that service makes no sense, even when they have to install the handles at the moment after delivery. BEWARE of shady dealing with BB.

about the same size as my old unit but has more usable space inside. I was surprised there were no ice cube trays. Also thought the doors would be user ready rather than needing set up by the delivery guys.

Love this refrigerator, except it’s soo Noisy! Also the crisper drawers do not pull out and push in easily.

This refrigerator meets all my needs. The one I originally purchased was not worth the money, however, I am now quite satisfied.

The suction on freezer door is not tight and feels like door is not closed good. However, freezer is working.

The sales person was a rare gem. She knew the product and was able to answer all of our questions. She showed us several different brands and worked with us to make an informed decision.

Its loud and kinda annoying, i had no idea this refrigerator would run as loud as it does, its very annoying at night when ure trying to sleep and all u can hear is the refrigerator going and interfearing with ure sleep i wish i had of returned it back to the store but i was waiting to see if it may quite down but no such luck
