I liked the price, but since we use the microwave alot, I wanted something that was smoother. After a few weeks, we returned, it was just not worth it

The size is good as a 9x13 pan can be used in it without the turntable but the turntable also can handle large plates. Like the fact that you can use a timer as you also can use the microwave to heat up items.

Most importantly, order was fulfilled....I purchased the same model from a big box hardware store, and then received a notice a few hours later that the transaction was cancelled b/c the product was not available. Thank you for being reliable, Best Buy!

Hated to lose that one, but SO HAAPY this one has a larger capacity and easy to use. I still have not reviewed the entire guide to decipher settings, but looks similar to most option settings. Most of my use is heating up coffee or small food portions.
