I gave it 4 stars because when they delivered it, the dryer door had cosmetic issue on it. I moved into an apartment that has a washer/dryer hookup. I thought about renting one but decided to just purchase because in the long run i know it was better (money wise) Its not as loud as i thought it would but it sure is quieter than my brothers rented washer/dryer. The deliver was smooth & came when expected. The delivery guys called to let me know they were on their way. Which was nice because i was.at work and gave me time to meet them. Installation was a breeze. No issues. I suggest to purchase all the attachment you need for it when purchasing this product. I also purchase the 5 year geeksquad warranty I'm not saying you have to but cant beat that price. "Just in case" right? Overall, i am highly satisfied with this purchase and would recommend it to others.

I would definitely recommend this stackable washer and dryer to anyone. The price is good, easy to operate, and looks good. My neighbors have the same stackable washer and dryer. They really love theirs to.

( note see picture attached ) Going from a full-size washer and dryer to a compact or I should say 24 inch width unit. I am thoroughly impressed with the unit and I can wash and dry a normal load of clothes. Kudos to GE I love my washer and dryer!!

Easy instructions/use. Ordered online, store pickup, easy set-up. Very happy with the switch, from standard set to combo.

I have a small space so I selected it. Washed laundry is very well cleaned! The tub holds much more that I expected. Drying is quick and thorough. Noise level for washing is reasonable with the dryer being quiet. There is no vibration for either function. It is basically easy to use, but may take a while to figure out how to set the controls as there are so many options. I am not sure when to add liquid detergent. I love the central agitator and metal tub. Overall I am very happy and recommend this center to all!

Extremely happy with this unit which fit perfectly in my small condo.

The water is not filling up in the washer and I am now having to add a bucket or two of water. Also, the water is not getting hot when washing whites. Everything else seems to work fine. Very disappointed.

It's past it's return date, so I'm stuck with this lemon. I have a 2 adult/1 child household, so it's not like I'm doing large amounts of laundry, but the thermal fuse blew on it. I've had to take 2 days off work to sit and wait for a technician to repair it. I have little hope that this won't happen again given that it happened so quickly after purchase.
