Too expensive, it came with no connections. Frustrated.

Love the new controls, also GE improved on the soap dispenser. It is now larger and makes it easy to fill. It is much easier to remove to drain so it will not get moldy.

I bought the washer/dryer set. I is smaller than I would like but it fits my space. It does a great job on laundry.

Not a lot of choices when it comes to small washing machines but this one seems to be one of the better ones. So far I'm very pleased with it's performance, quality and ease of installation.

Easy fit for my very small laundry area wish it was a bit bigger would have loved for it to be taller and fit more clothes but it does enough to keep me out of the laundromat. Also should purchase pedestals if you consider yourself average or tall in height. Small loads don't wait to wash keep your loads to half of usual size maybe a bit more.

Nice compact washer, $800 is a little high but it has lots of cool features

I also love my washer all the different selections of temperatures and time slots it fits in with my day routine. Makes it easy to put a load in according to what time I have available.

Excellent washer, efficient and very easy to use. A little noisy but not too bad.

The service in the store is good. Delivery is horrible. Never on time, ignore instructions (for the condo not to deliver on weekends and after 4:30 pm), waited for week and everyday they texted that they are coming. The items were much needed (fridge, stove and dishwasher, but it took tremendous amount of time and nerve energy…)These Geek Squad (delivery and warranty company) must be out of business long time now. Irresponsible, unreasonable, impossible to communicate… these are the bare minimum of epithets I could give them. Stay away from Best Buy unless you can pick up the item yourself (like this microwave). The Best Buy should be renamed: The Worst Buy. Stay away to avoid frustration and aggravation.

The first washer came and was making a clanking noise during the spin cycle so I had to go through the process to redelivered all over again. I woukd have had to take a sick day but this was the last week I could work from home thank god.

Looks great. Fits the space perfectly. Easy installation.

The installers were excellent. Fits in its place. Had to wait two weeks for delivery from the mainland

Great service, much better than Lowe's. A bit of confusion with the installation but everyone on the phone was helpful and courteous.

The unit is a bit small, clothes twist within themselves - have to make sure you pay attention to your spin cycle so the clothes don't end up in a knot.

Could not install. Installers took 5 visits, each with a different (wrong) reason why they could not install. Your web set does not identify that stacked appliance need stacking kits, much less that those particular appliances can not be stacked. Then, after they were returned, you did not credit me for returning them. If I could give you a zero, I would.

I was limited to the space for a washer and dryer and this was the largest option I had. Door doesn't lock have to play with it to get it to lock. Dial is fussy. I don't think it's worth the money, don't know how this washer and dryer got such high marks because I think it isn't worth it.

Works great and installation was done well. We had some delays in delivery, but overall everything was completed well.
