Shakes abd rattles . It makes si much noise. It is nit good model which is dissapiinting since my previous one wss GE and worked great for 13 years
With all washers, some shaking or noise is normal. However, it is important to level your washer as it prevents the washer from excessive vibration when in use. When leveling a washer, make sure to level both front to back and side to side by adjusting the four leveling legs. Also note that the more the legs are extended, the shakier the washer will be during operation.

Great washer for the price. Works well and does not have an odor like many front loaders

The dryer makes terrible noises while spinning. The GE repairman said it is not fixable.

I’m space constrained in my condo and this size washer is the only one that fits. I really, really like it so far over the equivalent Whirlpool washer of the same size. GE has hoses for hot and cold water and quieter than the Whirlpool washer. So a much better choice for me.

I enjoy using my new clothes washer. It is quiet and is very efficient. There are many options to choose from for different loads and different fabrics. I highly recommend it.

For 40 years we used thick rubber legs or pads (do a search and you will find them) under the dryer when we stacked it on top of a washer. place them at the 4 corners under the dryer. or use a non-skid pad like in some comments. We also measured the top of the washer and cut a 3/4 inch piece of good plywood to be placed between the 2 machines for added protection. 40 years that is and no problems and no need to buy the outrageously expensive stacking kits.
If you ask them to deliver it (which several times we did not and chose to pick it up ourselves) then move the dryer with someone helping you. This way they will deliver and install the washer without hearing their nonsense philosophy. Actually we do not want any of those delivery people installing our dryer. We can do a much better job than they do. Keep in ind those delivery people have many installation jobs to do each day and they always rush. So take your time and install the dryer and hook up the duct/vents. Also use duct tape around the vent outlet/inlet for more seal. Reusing to mounth the dryer on top of a washer is not acceptible and a clear lie. You paid for delivery of a washer that cost you $1000 or more. Tell me who does not have a dryer stacked on top of a washer? Unless you have space and purchased larger units. You should get better service than that .As far as Best Buy we stopped buying from them 10 years ago. They will soon all close down just like circuit city. Their customer service in and out of the store gets a zero star. Only buy batteries. printer ink and other small things from them if needed. Sometimes they have competitive pricing to be fair. . But never buy a large appliacne from them. They are not an appliance store PERIOD. When it comes to these large item purchases and you happen to come acreoos or drive by Best Buy just say to yourself Pass By or Bye Bye" and not best buy.

BUYER BEWARE

NEVER buy an appliance from Best Buy. Their business practices are completely UNETHICAL. Their delivery drivers called when they were 10 MINUTES AWAY from delivery to ask if there was a dryer on top of the washing machine they were removing. There was. They said that they could not deliver and install the new washer because they refused to move the dryer that was stacked on top of the old washer. NOWHERE on my order did it say anything like that anywhere. I went through the entire pre-delivery checklist and it said NOTHING about that.
When they arrived, they then said that they could move the dryer to install the new washer but they couldn't put the dryer back on top of the new washer because a stacking kit was not purchased. Once again, there was NEVER a mention of a stacking kit being required. It was not even offered as an add-on to the purchase. It was not mentioned in the pre-delivery checklist.
I've had a stackable washer and dryer stacked on top of each other for MORE THAN 20 YEARS without a stacking kit. You don't need one if you have a non-skid pad placed under the dryer, which I have. It has never moved an inch in 20+ years of heavy use.
The fact that nobody tells you about any of this until 10 minutes before they arrive to make the delivery and installation is COMPLETELY UNETHICAL. Especially when you have to take off a whole day of work to be around for their delivery window and it's impossible to get someone to come over and help you move a major appliance in only 10 minutes! That's ridiculous. I will NEVER buy another appliance from Best Buy. And most likely never make another purchase of any kind from their chain of stores. There are too many better options available.
