What a great freezer! Lots of room, quiet and cools quickly. This was a great purchase we are very pleased.

Tall alot of space on shelfs. Temperature display on door is convenient. Easy to set Temperature. Door pulls shut completely when you shut door. Working like it should so far. It took awile for store to get it in stock so i could pick it up. Easy set up plug in and started working.

This is an outstanding freezer! No issues so far. We love it. It is very large with plenty of room for food storage.

The only thing bad about this freezer is now I have to fill it up. This thing is massive and it’s ice cold. I think the price was not to bad also with interest free for 12 months.

Nice freezer. Quiet and provides lots of room. Keeps the food frozen to -6 F degrees. One improvement would be designing the shelves to have a lip on their edge to help prevent items from sliding off the shelves. Very happy with this product and the services of Best Buy.

I really like this upright freezer. It holds a lot of food and the inside space makes it easy to find what you are looking for.

This freezer is very roomy with large shelves and lots of space on the door. Very tight seal though, I found it a challenge to open it without the freezer moving. Use both hands and use one hand to help break the suction as you pull the door open, that helps.

The freezer is garage rated down to 0 degrees which works fine. Last winter the garge lowered to mid-20's; this winter not so much. The one thing that is awkawrd is that the door shelves are skinny. I was used to the Frigidaire line where I could put different items on the door the size of a half gallon milk container. I have not figured out the best use of that space. It freezes well and I am glad to have a freezer again.

The GE Upright Freezer is tall and spacious. It definitely fit all of my needs. The only thing was it took a long time to get the freezer as it was backlogged.

It was purchased on 10/29/2024 as a replacement for a GE freezer purchased in the 90's. It was scheduled to be delivered on 11/22/2024; pushed out to 11/25/2024; pushed again to 12/10/2024; yet again to 12/23/2024; finally delivered on 12/28/2024. I understand the delays were due to GE's lack of items to ship but the communication was not adequate. There was little to no communication on why a scheduled delivery date was not met until later that evening or the next day. 7+ weeks later, it is performing as expected.

I LOVE IT....MUCH BIGGER THEN I EXPECTED!!! THE DELIVERY TEAM WAS FANTASTIC!!! As was the Geek Squad representatives who kept me ipdated on delivery....This is my 3rd major appliance ftom BEST BUY and the fact they do interest freed financing is a definite PLUS!

Great for garage. Lots of room. Could use another shelve on the door (only comes with 3).

Love this freezer! The shelves provide a lot of room to store frozen items and see everything at a glance as soon as you open the door. And the temperature gauge on the exterior of the door is great to make sure the freezer is working properly and maintaining the right temperature. I am very satisfied and highly recommend this freezer.

Bought this for a garage install. Is working fine and has a lot of space for food. Some cons: (1) The entire rear compressor area is open allowing critters to setup home in the space. Being garage ready should have a grill or similar to keep the critters out. I users an A/C return air vent grill which works fine. (2) The alarm is extremely high pitched and very low volume. Almost inaudible if more that 10 feet from the unit. (3) The external temperature reading is the temperature "Setting", not the internal temperature of the freezer. Use a separate gauge if you want to know the internal temp.

I am very satisfied with the purchase of my new Freezer, it is a replacement. Best Buy even removed the old one for a small fee that was worth it. When I order it, it was on back order. But came in before the date to be expected..It was delivered as stated. Plugged in and was cold in an hour ready to be packed.

My freezer is most excellent. It's better than I expected.
