Better than expected! Fit right in the space! Came in with a visible dent but Best Buy made it right!

Took 8 months but worth every penny, now we can buy extra when frozen items are on sale or just stock up in general, this thing has so much space and barely notice the energy bill increase

The freezer was installed on a Wednesday and the high temp alarm started going off on Thursday. We called and followed all instructions over the phone but did not fix the problem. We have a service person coming to look and will hopefully get it fixed. The freezer temp seems to be ok despite the alarm, but frost is building up even though it should be frost free. After service, I think it will be what we were looking for.

Broken after 4 months, GE then delivers a new unit because the broken one melted itself and almost set my garage on fire, new unit arrives broken compressor and a chemical odor. GE basically is trying to not give me a working unit free of chemicals and wants to repair it, these units obviously have issues.

Best Buy is usually good and I never buy anything that is NOT in stock. Was told this freezer was in stock, so set up a delivery ONLY for them to cancel THEN I get a notification it’s now on back order for 9 months. Called & still can’t confirm anything or get a call back!!!!!

You can not review what you dont have. Since 7/29 we were told 8/23 was the delivery date. On 8/22 we were told after 3hrs on the phone that now delivery is 9/22. This is no way to treat repeat customers and for sure it wont bring them back
