Very spacious and quiet. The ice maker can sound loud at first but you get used to the noise. The doors are easy to open and close. It makes a ton of ice. Our original fridge broke and because of Covid we waited 93 days to be able to get a replacement and we are grateful this one is working out well!

Like the look of our new refrigerator. The fridge part is nice - lots of room in the doors. Not as happy with the freezer part. I didn’t realize how much space I would lose buying counter depth size. I also think the freezer parts are made cheaper on new refrigerators.

This fridge looks and works great. The ice maker filled up in no time and I have lots of room inside.

The refrigerator is the best size for the space it occupies.I like the way it’s laid out,excellent lighting and access.

There is a good amount of room. None of the shelves are high enough to put a gallon of milk on. The bottom shelf on the door is to small to put anything on. I like it but the could have done better

We like our new fridge and the color is awesome.. We wish it had a flat top like our former fridge. We could use the extra storage area. The installation was seamless but our buying experience was not the greatest. We were promised some type of adjustment for our unfortunate purchase chain of events. We have yet to receive any adjustments.

Best decision ever made even though I don’t know much about the GE brand but it’s the best heaps of storage love it.

I am pleased with my choice. Although I compared it with other refrigerators, I chose this one based on its overall ratings. No more fighting to get food out of the freezer, with the freezer in the lower drawer. It has a larger capacity than my old one, which died after 14 years.

Just what we wanted. Waited to get the matching frig. Lots of room and storage options. Love the spicket inside.

I really love the features of this fridge inside. The drawer set up and the shelf that slides back. The doors have great size storage. The overall size/dimension is a little awkward in our kitchen. I needed this size for a house we will be moving to soon. But The room inside fridge is nice and big. We can fit a lot of food in the refrigerator portion. The freezer on bottom needs some getting used to. I kind of feel like I have to dig or remove a lot of items to find things. And it’s tight on space for me.... The fridge is quite loud when it’s running and kind of vibrates the house, which I hate. Glad it doesn’t run all the time. We’re on the second floor so this problem COULD possibly be fixed If it was on solid ground. High pitched squealing noises coming from the ice maker, but that’s not as big of a deal. The stainless steel shows Every. Single. mark and smudge on the handles and the front of the fridge and that really bothers me. I don’t want to wipe it 5 times a day so it looks not disgusting. We’re returning this fridge and getting another GE in a different color and size hoping the next one runs more quietly. We purchased a new water line with the fridge that they did not deliver or install. I asked them if they hooked up the water line I bought and they said yes. I’ve never had a water line fridge before so I wasn’t sure what to look for. So when the fridge was hooked up to the existing line, that we’ve never used, it sprang a pinhole leak shortly after and flooded into our downstairs neighbors garage! Watch out for this. They also put a decent dent in the rounded metal corner of the wall, so now I have to repair that with putty AND paint. I will say, I’m very happy with Best Buy’s satisfaction, return policy. Very easy, now I’m just waiting for my new fridge to be delivered.

Very noisy. Sounded like a jet plane taking off. We returned this refrigerator and purchased a Whirlpool with better quality.

We bought the GE refrigerator because our previous refrigerator died. We wanted the new refrigerator to be white, to match all of our other appliances, but we couldn't get a white one until February or March, and we couldn't wait that long for the new refrigerator to come in.....

Have a stainless steel GE refrigerator for almost 2 months. It works great so far and we are very happy with it.

Big storage space than I think. Very good price & brand. It good for the people who like the useful and saving cost. I don't like the fancy outlook but easy to have problem.

Excellent Customer service, time of installation was fast and professionally done

Made purchase through phone and e-mail with Best Buy expert customer service represnative. I was told a needed a water line attachment to complete the purchase. A few days later I received the refrigerator by a third party company who said they couldn't hook-up the included water line because mine line was copper. I was NEVER informed by Best Buy or asked if I had this copper line when ordering . The third party delivery people called there company and Best Buy warehouse people of the problem. I also called Best Buy Geek Squard and we alled talked together to resolve. I showed the third party delivey people all the frozen and refrigerator food I had in boxes from the old refrigerator. I also told the Best Buy represenative this and he said it would be taken care of. The delivery people pluged in the refrigerator took pictures, and said not to use for at least five hours. I found a plumber to knew how to connect Best Buy's water hose to my exesting copper line. I had to pay $100.00 to the plumber and lost $300.00 in food. I notified Best Buy again of this problem with a previous review and added my contact e-mail and phone number. This purchase was made on 4-7-25 and delivered on 4-10-25. I am still waiting from this day of 5-2-25 from any responce from Best Buy for promised compensation by Geek Squard represenative on 4-10-25

When I went to the store and shopped for a refrigerator I gave the sales associate the necessary dimensions. He gave me a frig that is wrong for me. It sticks out about 6 inches into an already small kitchen. The frig itself is great though. Just be sure to measure and make sure that this fits your measurements.
