I was disappointed, especially since I consulted with a Best Buy employee. It was returned.

Total disappointment

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The product was an open box and came without any of the mounting hardware or instructions even though it was taped and marked inspected by Best Buy. Secondly the web site dimensions were wrong. Returned it. The web site and phone reps were no help. The phone reps actually put me on hold then hung up on two separate occasions when they claimed to be looking up information. Oh well, lesson learned.
