At first sight we loved it because of its sleek look and the freezer storage were nice...but the shelves are too small. Can barely fit anything had to remove one completely. the water is just a trickle, ice takes almost 8 hours for 100 cubes.... if i had known this i wouldnt have bought it.

The refrigerator is excellent. I have only had it for a bit over a week, but it is meeting all my expectations. While I recommend this product, I have to evaluate the delivery and installation unsatisfactory. I have rated these services separately. There is plenty of room. The shelves are spacious and being able to access items in a couple of door shelves using the door-in-door feature is nice. I considered a Profile model, but couldn't justify the price difference. This model was on sale and the only real feature I gave up was auto fill. The price difference was over $1,000.

We’re happy with the size and amount of capacity. We also use the door in door feature more than we thought we would. It also has nice sized freezer drawers. A couple negatives; the water dispenser drips one or 2 drops of water after each use - often several minutes later, also the protective plastic wasn’t neatly removed so in dozens of places in edges and crevasses you can still see remnants of the plastic. It’s almost impossible to remove now so that’s a bit frustrating.

I've read some reviews complaining that it's loud. It's all subjective. After install I was hypersensitive and occasionally I thought it was a little loud, but only sometimes and I have an open floor plan where the living room is one with the kitchen. But quickly as I moved a out my life I have never noticed the hum of the compressor. But the ice dispenser design does need some work. The way it directs or the size or something isn't quite right and dispensing ice can be a messy operation. But overall, very happy with the fridge.

First time I was introduced to GE refrigerator, purchased it and amazed at quality and performance. Little noisy when you are close to it, then again you don’t sit next to your refrigerator. Full of LED lights and door in door is a plus. Holds temp well and ice maker is doing Its job at this time. Measure the refrigerator, it’s space and the door(s) of residence where it has to pass through. Easy handle removal. Overall good purchase, great price. BB folks always come through with pricing and product.

We bought this GE slate colored refrigerator to replace another one that kept turning off. I love how much room it has and the door in door feature is really convenient to quickly grab milk or creamer. But the best part is how great the slate color looks and how it doesnt’t show fingerprints. It was a great choice!

We love it so far. A little more noisy than our previous unit, but we love all the extra room this unit has. The door in door feature is really neat. All units should have this feature.

Love the black stainless steel. Fits perfectly in my kitchen. The installers were on time and courteous and cleaned up behind themselves.

I really like the clean lines of this fridge. It is highly functional and I really like that the door has a swinging shelf for easy access to condiments or beverages. Functionally, it's terrific. I also love the no fingerprints. As a mom of twin boys, it is amazing. Will never go back. I am not a fan of the water dispenser. It is incredibly slow and I find myself going to the sink instead.

We love this refrigerator. The finish truely is stainless steal and does not show fingerprints, storage drawers are easy to pull out and push in, it is quiet, the ice maker quickly provides ice and works great. Lighting is adequate. The shelves are strong and easy to move. I think it is going to be easy to clean. The door-in-door at first seemed to be somewhat useless but now that we have had the refrigerator for a few days I have found this new function to be useful.

We had this delivered in late January, and so far we are pleased with our purchase! It was replacing a side by side that came with the house. So much more usable space in this fridge. Like the fact that the exterior doesn't show fingerprints. The icemaker seems adequate thus far. Door ice makers tend to frequently "jam" requiring one to open the door and dislodge the ice. We haven't had to do that yet. There is plenty of storage inside and on the doors!

This was a replacement for an LG that we only had a 1 1/2 years (wiring harness issue). After 6 months of techs coming out they gave me a full refund. I loved the design of the LG but to avoid issues we opted to downgrade features and no deli drawer. We also, decided to get American made as much as possible. I still wanted the door-in door (who knew once you got use to that really hard to give it up). This just got delivered and I was disappointed with the lighting not thinking once you put food in your fridge it is rather dark. I was disappointed there was no split-shelf. I thought I could order one but no luck. The door-in- door design to open was not well thought out by GE engineers. The main button to open the full door is in the same place as the door-in-door button. On my LG you pressed a separate button that was not in the same spot as opening the complete door. I am having a hard time maximizing space since my LG was a 30 cu ft and this is not quite a 28 cu ft. We are family that cooks. So I lost my butter cubbies, my 3rd produce drawer. My fingers are crossed this last longer than 2 years. GE profile & Cafe with the deli drawer was made in China so I wanted to support American workers as much as possible. Hopefully this will grow on me and hopefully no issues.

I've only this for a week now, but I love the door in door feature. The water dispenser is tall enough that i can fit my 40oz water bottle and have it stand up. There is also a ton of space. My only compliant is that the freezer drawer is so hard to open. I have to hold the refrigerator in place to keep the whole thing from rolling out when I try and open the freezer.

Never had a bottom freezer before but it makes getting to fridge items easier and don't have to dig for freezer items. Ice and water in the door is very handy, but I wish it had a tray that collected small amounts of water and ice that splashes.

Great refrigerator! We upgraded from a split Fraser/fridge to this and all my wife can keep saying is how much space we now have. I originally thought the door in door was sort of a gimmick but after using it for a week I am actually finding I use it frequently! Very bright on the inside and the water filling area is large enough for water bottles to fit under it which is very nice as our old one did not have that option.

I called Best Buy because the icemaker wasn’t working and the refrigerator wasn’t staying cold. A day later GE showed up and changed the icemaker and then told me that the gasket for the front door of the refrigerator was missing. He said he would send a new one. When I received it it was the wrong one. I then called Best Buy back and spoke to the manager who is very nice and told me that something would be done. I then called the GE repair man back and told him what happened and he sent me the correct gasket. Now my refrigerator works fine. I’m very satisfied with the GE repair man that came but unfortunately I’m not very happy with the Geek Squad who I spoke to on at least three separate occasions and did nothing.

I have been pleasantly pleased with our purchase. We were able to get a nice discount from an open box item with a minimal dent that goes undetected. The refrigerator is very large inside which is nice that everything is not crammed inside and roomy. The only negative is that in order to get the lower inside drawer open you have to have both doors open. I've been very happy with the refrigerator and it is a nice addition to our kitchen.

So far, so good! Like what it has, haven’t had any problems, installers were superb and went out of their way to do what was needed. Did buy the ice / water adapter from Etsy, works better than original. Still getting used to all the features, love the door-in-door access, freezer is hard to open sometimes...

I just bought a new house and getting a fridge was causing me so much anxiety just because I didn’t know what was a good brand or what was a good deal. Luckily I did extensive research and asked a Ton of associates who helped me know the things to look out for and what things go out. Black Matte is the color I wound up with be cause delivery damaged my first fridge. But I love the fridge!! It’s huge but the ice is long and slender which is what I hoped for for my water bottle. It’s beyond Perfect as far as size and it fits Everything I need for leftovers cause I live in my fridge so it helps when the doors open too long is will let me know. Christmas will be at my house this year!

We replaced a 14 yo refrigerator. Did a lot of research and this was our first choice. Sleek design and well laid out interior. Lighting is bright. Love the bottom freezer. It is a little noisy or it would have 5 stars
