Have only had this for a week but we absolutely love the new fridge. Going from a side by side to this has been a great thing. Seems like there is so much more room especially on the refrigerator side. Also, the complaints about the volume of ice has not been an issue with our household so far. I would say we were a moderate user of ice and this has more than accommodated our needs. We have 2 adults a 2 teens who use the door dispensed ice frequently. Overall we are exceptionally pleased with our purchase!!

we still have a problem with the water line dispenser dripping, we called the number on our information and they said there should have been a tool to adjust that, we told them there wasn't and they were going to mail us on but have not. The ice in the bucket got stuck,

We had to replace our LG fridge that was 5yrs old that kept dying on us. This one has worked really well so far. I have been happy with the size of the fridge, the interior lighting, and overall look and feel. Only concern is it is a pain to get all the scratch protection blue material off that comes on the outside of the fridge.

We bought this as a quick replacement for another brand fridge that quit right before Easter, so we were likely less studious in our acquisition than we might have been under other circumstances. That being said, this appears to be a solid appliance, with some nice features. The freezer is huge, and the top drawer holds plenty of thing like fries and waffles that we use a lot. The demi-door allows easy access to milk, juice, etc. without having to completely open the unit. Only drawback is that shelf adjustment inside does not allow for easy storage of big bottles. Between that and the fact that we can't comment on long-term reliability, we give it a 4.

We really like that the height of the water and ice dispenser is perfect for our 6-8 year olds to reach easily. There is plenty of ice and production cycles keep up with our family of 5. The functionality of the drawers are practical, including the milk holder tray at the bottom of the right drawer that opens. We returned an LG fridge that had all of these bells and whistles, including an ice ball maker, because the ice was very low in production and the compressor broke after just one month. I wuld recommend this LG fridge to a friend. I will update this review as we have the fridge where appropriate.

We went from a horribly small fridge to this guy. We have a ton of room, and love this guy. The only one issue I have with it is that the finish is a finger print magnet.

A lot more room since the ice maker is in the door but it is a little noisy. We have a fish tank so it doesn't bother us but I could see some people having issues with the noise. Really like the water dispenser as it can accommodate large bottles.

Got a great deal on this refrigerator to match my other appliances. Plenty of space in the refrigerator and freezer, and the door and door feature is awesome! Easy to get to the stuff you use every day!

So far so good! Biggest challenge is adjusting to arranging our food on different shelving. Loving the door in door!!!

The refrigerator is excellent. I have only had it for a bit over a week, but it is meeting all my expectations. While I recommend this product, I have to evaluate the delivery and installation unsatisfactory. I have rated these services separately. There is plenty of room. The shelves are spacious and being able to access items in a couple of door shelves using the door-in-door feature is nice. I considered a Profile model, but couldn't justify the price difference. This model was on sale and the only real feature I gave up was auto fill. The price difference was over $1,000.

Very sleek and clean look. Easy to clean with stainless steel cleaner. Love the adjustable shelves and the inside door shelving.

I love this fridge!!! It has been perfect now for 9 months now. It tells you when to change the water filter. Has an alarm to let you know if you left the doors open. And the best part is the doors!!! You can open just the outside part of the door to save on energy. I keep my beers on the doors for easy access and love how I can just open the door to get to them. Not to mention the fridge looks great in our kitchen and keeps food at whatever temp we want. Best Buy installed so I can't speak on the installation. Fridge also has great food capacity.

It cooled quickly when I first turned it on. It is very quite compared to other brands that I have recently owned, The icemaker works perfectly as does the water dispenser. The door in door is very handy.

We replaced the smaller version of this refrigerator with this one. It was a tight squeeze to get it into the space provided, but so worth it. Lots of space, large freezer, door-within a door and I love the ice and water in the door.

Spacious and visually appealing. Fit perfectly in our kitchen. Former Samsung owner and GE has proven to be a far better product.

I like these refrigerators but wish the ice makers weren’t so small. No one tell you when you are buying them you loose ice maker capacity. And I wish the 3 drawer would come out a little further. It barely opens.

Props to the Best Buy install team as they were extremely friendly and helpful, even taking our old fridge from the garage and replacing it with our other fridge that we were updating. The fridge itself has worked great so far. The “dinging” that occurs when the fridge is left open too long is a nice feature, but can be annoying when trying to put up groceries. Also, just advanced warning, the water filter in this unit is a propriety filter and as of right now there are no “generic” versions as it uses a small microchip for the fridge to confirm the filter is genuine, and of course, those filters aren’t cheap (but do last 6 months so it’s not horrible)

Love the black stainless steel. Fits perfectly in my kitchen. The installers were on time and courteous and cleaned up behind themselves.

So far, so good. Plenty of space in this fridge, ice production has been good so far for family of 4. Have been using for about a month and no issues maintains a constant temp. I have nothing bad to say.
