Everything else is fine. I don't love the handles compared to the fridge this one replaced.

Posted .Thank you for taking the time to leave us your review. It is not unusual to see a few drops of water dripping from the dispenser after having dispensed water. This is caused by pressure on the water line and changes in temperature causing some condensation to form and drip. If you find though that it is leaking more than expected and causing concern. We recommend taking advantage of your warranty and scheduling service with a qualified technician to properly diagnose this issue. You can schedule an appointment with a GE Appliances technician by calling 833-426-3393 Monday – Friday: 8 a.m. – 8 p.m. ET Saturday – Sunday: Closed.

Ice maker and water not working. Bottom freezer light not working. Also, was making a loud noise. Originally purchased at BestBuy outlet the only issue stated when purchasing was it did not come with a waterline. Unfortunately, that was not all it came with. Overall fridge was spacious and nice other then those issues.

That’s what I did, I bought a new GE French Door refrigerator! I have found that if you stick with the good name companies you won’t have the trouble you get rather than a cheap model. I found that out the hard way! Best Buy is the place to by from!

Ice already started forming around freezer door. Came with two small dents on the outside face of the freezer door.

I received 3 refrigerators and not one worked properly. Fridge #1 had a manufacturer defect, and the installation took 3 hours (way too long). We returned it for another fridge that quit after 3 days. Best Buy chose not to fix it, ordered another one that came 4 days later. Fridge #3 came and had a loud noise in the motor. We sent that back and asked for a refund on October 12. I checked today and saw that we had still not received our refund yet, and have now been told it will come soon. Why did I have to ask again? FYI, I went to Lowes the afternoon on Oct 12th, purchased a new fridge and it came the next day and have had no problems. Same price.
