This oven is good. I had only a few choices due to size. I have not tried convection cooking yet, nor app settings. Takes longer than my old oven to pre-heat, but not an issue since it cooks more evenly!!

excellent oven, cooks evenly, convection feature is really great use it as an airfryer and conventional use works well too.

The oven is pretty easy to use and has worked well so far. Having problem increasing the volume on the alerts and cook timer, it's not very loud.

Great improvement over my decades old GE. Easy to operate, despite the added technology. I really like the smart probe and convection options. And it looks great.

This unit is wonderful! Having two of them to Ken has made cooking fun once more. Upper oven with his convection capability is very even and does a great job. The lower oven is great all on its own and having both of them makes short order of baking needs. The self-cleaning function works well, and the steam clean option is nice to have. Not having to remove the racks is definitely a bonus. Wi-Fi Connectivity is fantastic and allows us to multitask and complete things in a more timely fashion. Highly recommend

I bought this oven to replace a JenAir double oven that had one convection oven and one traditional oven. I was really excited to read the online specifications on the Best Buy website that listed this oven as having two (2) convection ovens (upper and lower). That is the one feature that I really wanted and the reason I purchased this oven. Much to my surprise after it was installed I discovered that the oven ONLY HAS ONE CONVECTION OVEN (upper). The Best Buy Website specifications are INCORRECT. This is deceptive advertising. I confirmed this with the GE answer hotline. I'm hoping that Best Buy could resolve this matter with either another 27 inch oven that has two convection ovens, or some other proper compensation. I am very disappointed!

Replaced an older model GE double oven. Selected a GE double oven as I was hoping not to have to adjust my cabinetry. Needed to have some carpentry work done as newer model needed a slightly wider cutout. Will try and take advantage of the guaranteed fit rebate to recoup some of the carpentry costs. Haven’t put my new ovens through the paces yet, but looking forward to using the convection feature. Love the modern, sleek design and the intuitive menu system. A great addition to my kitchen.

Excellent replacement for current oven that has failed after 25 years

Oven works well, we are very happy with the overall performance of the oven. The WIFI functionality is very convenient.

Excellent double oven. Because it s wifi enabled you can pre-heat before you arrive home and save on overall coking time

The look is clean and simple which was exactly what I was looking for! Really like the Wifi option. I use it all the time so I don't get fingerprints on my beautiful double wall ovens!

This oven has a nice control panel that is hidden until you need it. I like the digital clock. The handle is nicely shaped and easy to grasp. One of the things I like the best is the rack that has a connected top rack that slide out to make things easy to take out when the oven is hot (without pulling the whole rack out)! So far we are very happy with our new oven!

We’re very happy with this oven so far. The installation by the Best Buy team was on time and very professional. A small cabinet mod was required to fit it in (cabinet was not to GE spec) but they handled that well with a reasonable charge. The controls work perfectly well and the oven does everything advertised (note that the detailed description only says one of the two ovens is convection). The large window with good interior lighting is a huge improvement on our old oven. The controls display is more than adequate and functions well by touch. I considered the next model up, which has a lcd display but the reliability of that type of display, repair costs, higher first cost, and no other advantages that I could see brought me back to this model. The interior and racks seem to have a good coating. The one rack which has bearings is nice. Be careful about dimensions when choosing an oven. Our cabinet mods were really very minor but I’ve heard of people having real problems with other ovens.

The new oven is gorgeous but it wouldn't turn on so the super nice installer ordered a new one.

I love all the new features of this oven. This replaced an 11+ year old GE oven that still worked, but was the wrong color for my renovated kitchen. I especially like the ability to control the oven with an app on my phone and with Alexa. I also like the steam clean feature. It saves energy and does a good job of cleaning.

Good oven! Easy to use and simple to install. The convection feature works great for cooking.
