Best Buy staff in Tualatin, OREGON were courteous, professional & answered all our questions when we were ordering our oven, Delivery exactly on date & time with 30 minute call prior to arriving as they stated this would happen. I received a call 3 days prior to delivery from Best Buy just to make sure delivery date remained satisfactory. Easy installation with very courteous & knowledgeable delivery staff. I love this attractive & modern stainless steel built in oven. Very easy to use with great features like, proofing, baking, broiling, timer, delayed start, self cleaning features. Oven temperature measurement right on per my oven thermometer. It has a complete programming instruction manual which is very easy to follow & use. This is my 2nd GE oven with my first one lasting 18 yrs. Buy GE & U won’t be disappointed. GE, U have done it again. I am a very satisfied long time GE user as GE products are user friendly & they last for years. I have NEVER regretted buying a GE kitchen appliance. Thanks Best Buy for selling 5 star quality products & appliances.

Just replaced an old wall oven and it looks great. It's easy to use and does a nice job cooking evenly.

So far this oven is about what I read on the online reviews. Slow to heat up: took about 15 minutes to reach 400 degrees. Has a blower fan underneath oven that cools down oven but again it took 45 minutes for it to stop running AFTER the oven went off. Have not used the oven enough to see if it cooks foods evenly.

New oven works nice. The only drawback is the time it takes to preheat and I cant seem to figure out the timer on it. Aesthetically though the item looks nice...

Best Buy not only had the most gas top ranges to compare, they also had the best price. I compared with four other retailers and no one bettered Best Buy's price. Very happy with the results. Great GE oven.

Needed new thermometer but once replaced it worked well. Slow to reach heat for cooking but once there does a fine job. Good product got price.

I'd read all the reviews before I bought this oven, so I was aware of the slower pre-heating (and that's perfectly fine!) and while it didn't fit exactly in the old GE oven that was about 30 years old, it only required a minor bit of widening that I did myself. Otherwise a breeze to install in place of the old one. Delivery people were great and I love how accurately it heats up! Easy to use and looks great. Happy with my purchase

I like to oven so far. It seems to cook evenly but I'm not sure about the self cleaning cycle. I used it the other day but it wasn't 100% clean.

This oven replaced a 26" Hotpoint that I installed 40 years ago. The installation was relatively easy. This oven is great and while in use it does not heat up the sides of the cabinet it's in like the old Hotpoint. Very glad we purchased this unit.

Replacement oven that was a perfect fit where our old one was. Appearance was outstanding and learning to use new oven was easy. Performed very well and really enjoy the added features that old oven did not have. Looks great in out kitchen.

Baked cookies,rolls to perfection. Jacob and Tony great delivery! Installed by my husband in about 2 hours! Bought to replace Frigidaire that was horrible from the start! Bakes evenly and oven does not loose temperature! MUCH quieter than previous oven. Wonderful enameled flat racks. Only had for a few days so far Superior Oven. I Have been cooking over 5 decades never had an oven I liked better. May not have all the bells and whistles of other ovens, but I don't use them anyway. Highly recommend this oven.

So far so good. It looks great and cooks evenly, but takes nearly 15 minutes to warm up to 350 degrees. My old oven only took took 8.

We don't cook much, but our first time out with the new oven was a charm. And it is a good looking appliance sure to enhance the ability to sell our house.

Great oven, replaced another GE oven that was still running strong after 16 years. On sale, with free install, I was thrilled with my purchase.

Not much of a cook so I wanted a model that replaced my old one so easy to use, much better cooking and like the fan. Previous one did not have one.
