    The new Monogram looks beautiful in our new kitchen. I am not too sure about the quality ( the door doesn't feel balanced ) .

    The trim kit was the wrong one for my microwave product. Best Buy does not sell the correct one. GE's trim kits are not well discribed so it is very hard to know what you are getting until it arrives. Catelog photos are quite misleading. They are over priced and in some case cost more than the microwave itself. On mine, the trim kit is open on the sides and therefore does not cover totally against the cabinet; one cannot see this from the order catelog. It is very confusing and likly that you will order the wrong kit for your product. Most salemen are just as confused and unknowledgable. GE helpline is not helpful. The part number is the key if you can break the code.
