So far works great! Good price for good quality, it takes linger time to warm up though.

Good replacement for my previous oven. Fit well and has all the features I wanted.

I love this oven, the wifi connection works great, cooks my food wonderfully.

I'm still trying to get it to work correctly. The convection fan in the back of the oven doesn't turn on and the temp never reaches what it should be even after adjusting for the convention auto adjustment. Temperature reached at setting 350:. for baking is very inconsistent between the front and back of the oven. About 30 degrees difference last checked. Broiler seems to cause a funny odored "smoke" . Maybe this needs to burn off? Don' know. I need to contact Best Buy to come out and check it all over. Will do soon.

Replaced older built in unit which had a grease fire inside. The app has worked well, though most things I scan to cook aren’t in their system yet.

I love all the features on this oven. The easy glide shelf is nice. What I had is that you cannot hear the timer. Even on loud - it's barely audible when standing in front of it.

Product was sold to us as a fit for the opening. Your employee measured the opening for the oven…it did not fit as promised.After several follow up visits and numerous calls we were told we had to live w/a oven that we didn’t want and we had to pay for a electrician out of pocket due to your incompetence .Still w/o a working oven after a month.

Ordered on 12/03/2019 today is 12/31/2019 still not happy or installed. got replacement for my GE and said it should be no problem, so I have had a oven in my living room floor for a week, now today they installed the oven off my living room floor and now have a gas stove top sitting on my living room floor. installer said will be back Thursday to finish installing now Best Buy called and said they are not allowed to schedule for Thursday . So now I have now idea when they will finish the job

Well designed oven. The timer bells are way to quiet. That is about the only criticism so far.

The extendable rack is the main problem with this stove. It’s dangerous because it will not hold in place on the back sides. I pulled out the extendable rack and the back side bracket that are supposed to keep the rack from falling out slides right past so the entire rack falls out with the pan and all its ingredients going everywhere. I’d rather have more of the fixed racks than an extendable on that is dangerous.

This wall oven was to replace our 15 year old GE Profile unit which needed to be replaced. Works and looks great!

Also bought microwave and trim kit, but the one delivered doesn’t work, evidently the one they ordered at store is wrong one
