have logged over 20 ours waiting for best buy to install, check installation, no show x 2, oven will e uninstalled tomorrow - that is if they show up! NOT HAPPY. Oven never has heated, didnt fit opening well in spite of being right size,

I just bought and got my oven installed on 1/19/19. If I knew how loud this GE oven was while baking and cooling down I definitely wouldn’t have bought it. I’m so regretful. The only reason I didn’t return it was I didn’t want to pay installation again and restalking fees.

I have only had this oven for two weeks now, but I give it an early thumbs up. The oven is well set up, has easy and logical controls, and does what it's supposed to. Temperature measured accurately by a good oven thermometer and the unit is very quiet. BUT a real big thumbs up for Best Buy. Got an incredible price on a floor model, (though it's a great oven at full price). Salesperson very easy to deal with. Delivery right on time and easy. A small trim piece was bent. Called the BB phone number, and a week later the piece was at my door at no charge.

The first time I used my oven, I baked a meat loaf in a new pan. When I checked on it, it was against the door spattering grease on the glass so I attempted to open the oven but the pan kept sliding out and I had to use tongs to hold it while I opened the door far enough to get a hot pad on it. I have had Best Buy people and GE people out here several times. It is level but the inside liner that holds the racks cause the rack to tilt forward as you take things out. So far I have been trying to video it to prove what I'm saying it correct!! It's an expensive oven to keep getting excuses like the pan is slick and so are the racks. This is not my first oven. my others are more high end and never had any problems like this.

The oven works as advertised but the rack is hard to take in and out. That's is my only gripe.

Biggest piece of crap ever. Under 2 years old and throwing a code F97 which means the lower fan has died. Called GE for parts. They are 'graciously'(?) supplying 3 parts needed but will NOT pay for the $300 service call. I call BULL! This oven is not even 2 years old. I paid for installation of this piece of crap. Don't do it. Look elsewhere for a different oven.
