The fan is quiet and the washable filters are great. The light does a great job too!

I have made several attempts to get in contact with someone- the last time was told that since it was shipped out of Dallas, a representative from rhat location was going to call me.

We have only had this for two years, and it's completely stopped working after making a loud squeaking sound. (This was one of 5 GE appliances we purchase from Best Buy when we bought our house, and this is one of three that has has issues). Neither Best Buy or GE are any help after your warranty. Like people have hundreds of dollars to replace poorly made appliances every few years! Stay far away.
