Great washer for the money. Had for a month now and only complaint is it's just as loud as the whirlpool it replaced. No problems there as we don't usually do laundry at bedtime.

Machine is quiet enough and water saver, but cleaning on regular cycle doesn't do as good a job as expected, specially when doing a load of active wear. The machine has a cycle setting for active wear, however, with doing a load of workout wear from two teenage boys plus dad required a second wash. Best thing to do was to set cycle for heavy load with second rinse. So much for water and energy efficient!

It has a lot of useful features. It is Energy Effecient. Does not waste a lot of water. Holds a lot of clothes and cleans just as good. It is quite while it washes

This is a good washer for the value. Lots of cycles and water temperatures. Not good for really heavy items but great for everyday wash loads

Great top loader with plenty of capacity for large washes. Water saving feature shortens cycle time while getting clothes clean. Would buy again!

This washer is amazing and as most washers are too tall for me, this one is perfect! I have control over my water level and many cycles to choose from including my own personal settings.

Washes clothes good . A little noisy when starts to fill up with water . Then quiet afterwards.

Our old washer took 2 hours to wash a load of clothes. The new washer is faster and does a great job. Additionally, it is simple to use.

I'm a retired GE employee & naturally favor GE products, We previously had a GE "top loading washer which failed after 7 years of service. We decieided to replace it with a 'top loader' , we like it much better & Best Buys had the best price. Thanks.

Item has been working welll have had little issues over the last few years

We've had this washer for 2 months now and it simply doesn't get clothes clean. Ground in dirt from working outside or playing sports does not wash out. Something our old washer did just fine. We've tried all the different cycles, adding more water and extending wash time. We use good name brand detergent and it doesn't matter. The other problem is that it twists the clothes up and when it spins, leaves some things, like t-shirts, so wrinkled they come out of the dryer still wrinkled (even if you straighten them out before putting them in). Also, sometimes, if you don't use the "deep fill" option to add more water, some of the clothes come out without even getting wet. That said, the biggest problem is that no matter what cycle you choose, the clothes don't get clean. So, if you have kids that play outside or you like to work around the yard and in the garden, this washer is not for you. It doesn't clean dirty clothes.

Tricky getting used to loading without the center agitator at first but machine works like a charm.

Our family is very pleased with this washer. We've owned several over the years and even returned new ones that were unsatisfactory. New and improved products are not always a win for the user. This washer has new technology and sensing features, which sometimes override consumer preference. In addition however, this washer actually allows the consumer options, not forcing a default temperature, speed or water level. It's the best of new features with the added benefit of customization.

It's tall in front so that someone 5 feet tall can't reach the bottom of the tub to get the washed clothes out.

I brought this washer for My Mother and it works good. Im very proud of this washer thanks and keep up the good work for having good quality washers.
