Delivery process was on time. Installers were more than professional. The job was completed in under half an hour. All in all I would definitely recommend this to family and friends when purchasing from Best Buy buy the Geek Squad Protection it surely comes in handy.

Before leaving they ensure all burners, oven and broiler were functioning as they should. Using stove/oven very straight forward, no complicated set of buttons. I really like the pre-heating indicator. One thing will need to remember if using the timer or cook-timer is to add in the pre-heat time into the overall countdown
