The quality and appearance is better than expected. The only thing missing is a light to show when the oven has reached it's temperature. The online purchase and delivery went very well but trying to get a receipt from Best Buy that showed the prices paid was a NIGHTMARE!! Hours and hours of runaround and being put on hold for what should be a very simple task.

I just got it in the house and installed this weekend and what I really love is it's not electronic anywhere. It's all dials and simple to use. Comes with everything you need and it really looks nice and sleek once I got it installed.

No clock, don't want or need one. Oven cooks food really well as per recipe instructions on our favorite dinners. Burners on top all work like we want them to work. Gas burns clean, so you have to look clearly to adjust height. But it cooks food on top quickly and efficiently. Would recommend to family/friends.

It was perfect for our rental home. It is dependable and does exactly what we need it to do. The delivery guys were great. They moved our old stove and installed the new one in about 10 minutes. They were professional, timely, and fast especially considering that they delivered in the midst of Covid-19

The only drawback is the slipperiness of the stove grates, allowing for the pans to slide if tapped or bumped even slightly. This is a safety issue, not just a cooking issue.
