Yesterday, while watching tv, I heard a noise in the kitchen. I went to see what was wrong, the oven window had shattered! I wasn't even cooking! I contacted Best Buy thru the chat, no help. I called customer service online number and was told I have to contact the manufacturer. After only 2 months! I contacted GE and was told if I purchased the stove thru a retailer, I had to call the retailer. I WANT A REPLACEMENT STOVE OR A REFUND!!! I had this stove only 2 months!

I tried returning it and was denied. I got the o en hooked up and found out the burners were never with the oven so i explained and tried to return oven and was told someone would call me and never did and ow i am forced to go to court
