It’s a little loud, but does what it’s supposed to do. I wish I got a larger drum. The matching dryer - which is bigger - is 5 stars.

And no one has arrived…disappointed, no phone call, text stating the delivery will be late. I scheduled this delivery around some appts today no I’m going to be late for my appt due to Best Buy being late on the delivery.

Stain removal hasn't been a problem. Love the antimicrobial surfaces. It's a bit odd to have a washer heat up to dry itself after it runs a load, but it seems to work.
