Leaks water all over the floor

Clothes are not always rung out still soaking wet inside have to put on rinse and spin again. Need to talk to someone who has the same issues or someone to come from Best Buy to fix it.

Have used it for less than a month. Delivery and installation went very well, and salesman's help regarding delivery added to less stress on delivery date.

We previously had a G.E. front Load Washer for 12 years and wanted the same quality. Item was as described with plus improvements from the previous 12 year old unit we had.

The front door gasket is much improved. Fast, efficient and easy to operate from a not-too-complicated technology standpoint. And it looks very stylish as well.

Lasted less than 2 years

We will get it fixed but for what this costs it should last twice that long before any repair is needed. This is the typical overpriced throw away junk you get in most appliances now days. The washer was fine till the leak started so that is why i gave it two stars...otherwise it would have been one.

One died after 6 weeks of use. Seems to be a motherboard issue. GE has not been helpful. I will never buy another GE product.

I've already recommended this product to 3 coworkers in need of a replacement. I do wish there were more control features on the app. It seems to only allow monitoring. Nevertheless, great product!

Was very pleasantly surprised of the quality. However I am only shy of four weeks of use on the two new units washer and dryer. At this point however everything seems to be working perfectly.
