Our old one was going out, and everything that was wrong with the old one is working great. Need to take a little time to learn all the features.

They installed everything as required and stayed until everything was working including the wi-fi. Swapped washer and dryer so doors worked properly.

Washed bedding and had to spin the clothes 3 more times before I could place in the dryer. This was my 3rd front load washer. I've used front loaders for over 20 years. I don't knowif it was a defective washer or just a put product. I did like the vent feature.

Was going to cost over $500 to repair. Would have went with a different brand entirely but I stack the dryer on top of it and would have had to buy a new dryer as well.
