Crappy service for a new washer purchase

The washing machine, brand new, has to be replaced because it only releases hot water and not cold. Promised 3 delivery dates, never showed up due to washing machine not being in stock. The manager offered to be reimbursed for laundry mat expenses. What a load od crap.

Called service for a technician but they send delivery people, still waiting!!!

Had the surge unit in the wall but that wasn't enough apparently! Added second surge valves right next to the machine and problem solved. Overall an excellent machine!

Great front loader washer

Easy to operate! Plenty of settings for any need,but not too many to be complicated. The fresh vent system is a nice improvement over my last front loader. I researched many top washers and front loaders and I’m so glad I picked this one!
