Broke to the point we lost an entire load of clothes which remained locked inside this machine and after a month of attempted repairs, I was forced to buy a new washer.

Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Im so disappointed at Best Buy for starters the delivery was delayed for my dryer, then when the washer was delivered first we had the delivery employees opened the box the screen and part of the plastic up top were completely cracked. Instead of them taking the damaged product back with them they left it in the middle of my living room. When I called Best Buy they first said they would come pick up the damaged washer on November 15th and deliver the new one, today is November 26 and I still have not received the replacement washer and the damaged one is still at my house. Hoping the new one hers delivered tomorrow. I have wasted so much of my personal work time and personal time on this and it’s very frustrating.

Lucky they didn’t blow my house up when installing the gas dryer. Had to hire a contractor on an emergency basis to finish the job they walked off of because I coughed one time. Do yourself a favor and don’t use installation/delivery services.
