The bleach trap pull out container never emptied so it was always full of either water or bleach. And when I would use the pods and throw them in the load, they left blue marks on my whites, which never happened until this machine.

Do not buy get a top loader

I tried every setting and it happens at least twice a week. My wife is so disappointed with her Christmas present and she wants her old top loaders back. I took a day off work to go through the manual and turns out it’s just a waste of hard earned money. Thanks GE for stressing out my family

WHAT A MISTAKE!

This washer has been in my home for less than 2 months and has already had 2 service calls. Wouldn't connect to wifi, needed new system board on day 1 and now the door won't close properly, says it isn't closed and won't drain water. Never again!

This is illegal and fraudulent practice.

Washer doesn’t get soap out.

Some clothes would still feel dry. We called a repairman who said it was probably the motherboard. This new washer is doing the same thing. I have to use extra rinse and “more water”

The vent system runs for fifteen minutes every hour for 8 hours and still can’t get the job done. The dyer could not dry the cloths all the way

After that the washer was not quiet. Returned it.
