Great installation crew, love the features on this washer like the detergent reservoir that automatically dispenses appropriate amount of detergent, prewash, extra rinse, easy to use with excellent results and quiet. This GE product cost $100 less than the Samsung we bought 7 years ago! Very pleased!

I love the washer, itself. It is an amazing machine with amazing features. I also have the matching dryer for the complete set. Best Buy's delivery service, however, was a 2 week nightmare, and is the only reason I don't give 5 stars. I won't go into the details of the terrible delivery policy Best Buy follows via their 3rd party service; however, I will at least suggest this - make SURE the delivery guys give you your LOCK BAR for the washer(they will absolutely throw it away), otherwise, you'll have a hard time reversing the swing doors(if needed).

Wonderful units! So quiet. The blue is even more striking at home. It’s textured and kiddos(messy teen) greasy grim isn’t even visible. Haven’t used the auto dispenser for liquid detergent as I have a stock of pods but I certainly will. I couldn’t say enough good things about the install and the units 1000% happy!

This is a huge step up from my old washer that was at least 15 years old. It washes so much better and I love the function of the sanitize option and the auto load detergent. I only wish that it had an auto load for the softener! It is easy to use the biggest thing i have trouble with is cleaning the blue plastic piece in between the door and drum it catches everything and the rubbery material does not make it easy to remove. I do like the light in the washer and the notifications to tell me when the laundry is done. such a help in a busy house! I also like the ventilation button as i can vent the machine without the necessity to keep the door open all the time. So far so good with that feature everything always ends up being really dry at the end.

Absolutely amazing. I am kicking myself for not buying this sooner. It was well worth the month and a half we had to wait for them to arrive. We've had them about a month, and washed dog beds, our beds, including a comforter that never seemed to get clean no matter how many times it was washed, it always had water stains and such. It has really been a life saver. The steam function, and the sanitize setting has made all the difference.

My 13-year-old washer died (also a GE). Best Buy had just what we were looking for at a great price. Have been running it for 6 months and it has been flawless. Bigger size allows us to wash comforters, or just one load rather than two.

We just got our washer and dryer installed recently, but we LOVE it so far. Love the fact we can put 50oz of detergent in at one time and it will automatically use how much it needs. We no longer have to do what seemed like 5 loads of laundry a day, we can do 2 loads a week because of how big this is, and for a family of 5, that is a time saver. The color is a sexy sapphire blue and it looks so great in our laundry room.

Washer has been great. It fits large loads and has done a great job cleaning them. The only issue I have had so far is using the spin/dry function. I tried to wing it, and it set it to an 8 hour cycle! The clothes were still damp afterwards too, so I need to look into how to use it.

I love this washer so much more than my previous LG. GE is a product my parents and grandparents used. My only concerned is the fact that front loads don’t have a soak option when washing. Pre-wash is the best you will get with a front load. I’ve learned to soak them myself or spot treat. I like the reversible door feature and micro band ring. The machines are on the bigger side but it’s what my family needs. I would definitely recommend purchasing.

We've run several loads and I'm very impressed by the wide range of options yet the absolute simplicity of use. The menus are large and obvious; changing or customizing settings is very easy. And while it's minor, yes, it's nice to see a color other than white, beige, or black for a washer! The little pop of metallic blue just makes me happier to do laundry.

I purchased this washer after many reviews highly rated it, and also the comments that if needed, parts for repair are easy to get. This Washer is quiet, doesn't vibrate a lot when in spin cycle, has a great capacity, and the fresh vent feature is a nice touch. I have not used all the features yet to be able to comment on them.

I’ve had this set for about 4 months and love it. The washer has a 1 touch cycle that I thought was a gimmick and wouldn’t be useful but has turned out to be one of my favorite features. You can choose a cycle in the one touch wash and dry will wash and dry the clothes in the washing machine without ever using the dryer. It takes about eight or nine hours, but I hooked up an electricity monitor to see how much energy it uses and it’s under five cents. You can’t put over 2 pounds of laundry in but if you wear uniforms you can just toss them in there and let them run overnight and all your work clothes are done on a daily basis without ever needing to use the dryer. on top of saving energy and time on the weekend to wash work clothes I think it helps prevent the clothes longevity by never exposing them to the higher heat. Also, the power clean cycle really works - it’s removed pen stains from slacks without even using a stain remover …I highly recommend this washer and the accompanying dryer

Large capacity enough to fit a bulky king comforter or my Great Danes dog bed. Multiple wash settings. Fill and forget detergent dispenser. Vent fresh option after the days final load to keep the smell and mold away! Only issue is the touch power/start/stop button is a bit too sensitive but just don’t lean over that area and it’s not a problem!

Love the heavy duty power only downfall is the spinning cycle is SUPER LOUD!! Sounds like it’s falling apart! Other than that, the performance is great!

Works better then expected. Drying time cut in half. The ultra Fresh vent system dry's up water in the door gasket everytime. Spin speed is very quit. Great washer and GE is one of the only manufactures that still has factory service.

So far I love my washer and dryer! Adding the stands then really made it look even better. The clothes wash well and I love the venting feature!! This is great for me because I’m very busy and sometimes leave wet clothes in the washer. It’s also very very spacious!!

Washer is fantastic! "Delivery" experience, not fantastic. We scheduled delivery with Best Buy. Per their web page, delivery is described as delivered to laundry room, unboxed, inspected and packaging removed. Copied the quoted section from their website: "Included with Delivery Only Service Unboxing and inspection of washing machine; confirmation of make and model Removal of packaging from your home If haul-away is purchased, we will haul away your existing washing machine (washing machine must be disconnected) IMPORTANT: You must purchase new fill hoses for your new washer. Some washers do not come with fill hoses; existing fill hoses cannot be reused. Preparation for Delivery Help your delivery go smoothly: Clear a path from the street to the laundry room, ensuring it is wide enough to accommodate the washer Make sure someone 18 or older is present at the appointment time (19 or older in Alabama or Nebraska; 21 or older in Puerto Rico)" They delivered to our garage and left. They refused to transport to the laundry room. Super frustrated with that lack of service. Just a fore warning to someone else.....delivery is not delivery! Washers are super heavy and had to pay someone to help us get it where it needed to be. :(

I love this washer! It holds so many clothes and washes everything very well. The settings are easy to use. I didn't think I would use the auto dispense feature much, but find myself leaving that on auto all of the time. It dispenses the amount based on size of the load and settings used, so there's just enough soap each time. The venting feature is fabulous and truly dries the inside of the washer when activated. The self clean cycle is great too! I chose this machine primarily for the siz and the way the door seal is built (nothing can get stuck inside of it and its easy to clean). I haven't found any downsides to this machine yet.

We have had them for about a year now. And have had no trouble out of them. I really wish I could control them on the smart app but it does not let you. The only thing I would change is if you have an unbalanced load like when I wash my rugs. They will not drain completely. And there is no way to only spin. If they added a spin/drain cycle that was separate from the wash that would be great. I can usually add more rugs and fill the washer and the draining function is much better.

GE continues to be solid company producing good value consumer products. This washer is no exception, works very well and we love the non-traditional color. Best Buy arrainged delivery and setup our machines, an excellent srrvice that lets the consumer relax.
