This may result in your food boiling and staying hot for longer periods. This is considered normal. If you believe your range is not performing properly, please take advantage of your one-year warranty by calling 833-426-3393.

Multiple burners

It has multiple size burners that actually fit my pans! It also has a comvection (not yet used) and a removal bottom tray

Preheats quickly, cooks great. Quick boil burner is really quick. Pizza mode is great so is airfry function. Highly recommend so far

Water stains on cook top

I’ve had multiple glass tops in the past and have never seen this before. I would not recommend this oven unless you can guarantee you’ll never have a boil over.

Posted .Thank you for taking the time to leave us your feedback. We do have some tips to use to help with keeping your cooktop clean and free of stains. Follow the steps here 1. Allow the cooktop to cool. 2. Spread a few drops of ceramic cooktop cleaner on the entire burned residue area. 3. Use a non-scratch cleaning pad, rub the residue area, applying pressure as needed. 4. If any residue remains, repeat the steps. 5. For additional protection, after all residue has been removed, polish the entire surface with ceramic cooktop cleaner and a paper towel. Additional cleaning tips can also be found in your use and care guide on the website. (Page 23)

My problem is it took 45 minutes to preheat to 350 when I called GE about it. They were not willing to help me figure it out so I returned.
