    Unit is as advertised. It looks great and so far has performed great. We bought this unit to replace an old whirlpool and we are satisfied with this unit.

    Impressed with the preheat speed and love the no preheat air fryer and removable cleaning tray. The range of stove diameters have a size for all of our pots and pans.

    Havent used all the features and thats why i bought it. Bottom drawer cheaply made doesnt have a handle on it.

    The range has many great features such as pizza no preheat, convection oven, easy wash tray, and many more. So far, it works perfectly. The downside,which is not a deal breaker, is that the preheat sound is just one small beep.

    Installation was managed well. The stove top is easy to clean and functions very well. The oven heats up quickly and retains the temperature throughout the operation. I recommend this item.

    This range is great for baking. And the big burners heat up and perform amazingly. However, the flat top on this stove is by far the hardest to clean I have ever experienced. Some things will never come off and the back burners don’t heat up very well.

      We're glad to provide some cleaning tips for the range cooktop and assistance with the back burners not heating. Regular use of ceramic cooktop cleaner will help keep the cooktop looking new, such as Weiman's or CeramaBryte Ceramic Cooktop Cleaner. Please review the article titled “Electric Range & Cooktop - Glass Cooktop Cleaning Instructions” on the GE Appliances website for information.

      As far as the burners, make sure the correct burner is selected, matching the correct burner to the proper switch. Also, make sure the pan you're using has a flat, smooth bottom. For smooth-top radiant, induction, and old solid disk surface burner elements, it is essential that the pan have a flat, smooth bottom for proper operation. If the pan is not flat, the heat sensors built into these elements will prematurely cycle and turn off the heat to the element. You can also try unplugging the unit for 30 minutes and plugging it back in.
