Posted .We appreciate you leaving your feedback with us about your range. We know how important it is to keep your cooktop in the best shape possible. We recommend using a ceramic cooktop cleaner and following the instructions on page 23 of the Use and Care manual. You should also ensure that the bottom of your cookware has a flat bottom and that you do not drag your pans around as this will cause scratching.

Obviously a night and day difference. But for what it's worth, it's an exceptional oven. The stove top heats up instantly and the oven has all the bells and whistles. Great bang for your buck. Sleek and durable. Thank you.

However not happy with the timer as I can’t seem to adjust the volume. They no longer give you a manual with your appliances. I would think when you spend over $900 they could afford to do so
