Our first one was still in good working condition we just wanted to up grade. Love GE products. And Best Buy’s customer service is top notch.

And we were not able to reduce the heat..! But we exchanged it for another one. Loving the new one.

When we recieved the product, it did not fit in our space of 29" and is in fact about 29" 5/8 wide. Hope this gets corrected so it doesnt trouble others.
