I was supposed to get a stove delivered on October 1st it never came. After calling I learned that we can't deliver it till October 9th. No notification about it.Went into the store and canceled the order. I will never purchase anything from a Best Buy again. Your customer service suck.

Poor quality. Drawer in bottom is very flimsy. My last stove was same brand and lasted over 15 years. The quality has really changed since then. Much more cheaply made. I’m disappointed.

Due to a manufacturer's error, the touch pad icons did not align with the the touch pads. Had to return the range.

I am soooo happy with this stove. I wanted simple, clean and easy to use. I don't like all the wigets and gidets on a stove so this is the perfect blend up utility, ease of use, great to look at and I JUST love it.

Nothing to it really. Basic but solid. lol the design and handles and look. Just very basic. Not worth the money in my mind. You can get others with more options for the same price.

I can’t give a review due to item never was delivered. It was supposed to be delivered 1/18 but there was some kind of delay when I called on arrival time I was told it would be delayed and delivered 1/23. I called on 1/21 to check when to it would arrive. This time the guy from store had me on phone forever checking when it would arrive he came back said it could take up to 2 months to arrive it’s back ordered. I was out of control hearing this after others had told me different dates. I wanted to speak to manager but was told I had to go to store to speak to them. I said no way and said cancel order completely. Son told me check with Home Depot for range I went there and they had them in warehouse and it’s already on its way to my home as I give this review. It only took them 3 days to have it to my home. That said I will no longer purchase my appliances at Best Buy. Very poor customer experience
