We recommend cleaning the cooktop with a ceramic cooktop cleaner before using the cooktop for the first time. This helps protect the top and makes cleanup easier in the long run. Plus, regular use of ceramic cooktop cleaner will help keep the cooktop looking new. I am giving 5 stars to the product, but the store personnel I dealt with really need to be fired.

The warm setting on the burners does not cool down to warm, you have to watch it or it will still burn on warm. 2. It is really hard to get the food that spills on the burners to come off. I have some on my main burner that I have tried and tried to remove and have not been able to. Could use some suggestions.

The controls are extremely sensative, I accidentally reset the clock almost every time we use the stove. We are also not fan of the right burner being offset, it wastes space and when i try to hold a handle with my left hand I am over the pans on the stove. I would not recommend.

Stove top warms up fast, timer works great, & the knobs in the front give it a nice, clean look. Would recommend!

The inky thing that I’m not happy with is the controls to the oven are so sensitive that when you lean forward to stir something on the cooktop towards the back, if you barely touch any of the buttons on the front control panel they come on
