Ordered/purchased stove and accessories in store. Got home and reviewed the receipt. Other than the part number for the appliance the balance of receipt was wrong.
1. Even though they supposedly price match, the information i provided was
ignored
2. The propane jet kit was not ordered, however a gas connection line was on the receipt.
3. A center grate was ordered to replace the center griddle, however the wrong grate was ordered.
4. Communication directly back to the store was virtually impossible as "customer service" is somewhere in the central time zone. By the time i was able to sort this all out, i cancelled the whole order and purchased from a local appliance dealer.
We would recommend for the best help contacting bestbuy.com customer service department at 1-888-237-8289, or call your local store. They can either answer your question about your balance or transfer you to your local store to answer your specific question.

Product never arrived so this review is about the service not the product. The service was horrible. I STILL DON'T HAVE a working oven

Worst experience I've ever had. Stove #1: delivered November 4, 2024 with 3 burners missing parts and a non-working oven. In December it was replaced with stove #2: all burners worked but oven didn't. Unsure if stove problem or the 3rd party hire installer. 3 months of no working stove. Now I'm waiting for a $1,529.00 refund. BEWARE

Do not purchase if you are a baker!

Does not bake evenly!!! Each rack is a different temperature! Stove top difficult to clean.
If your oven is not baking evenly, please ensure that you're using the correct cookware, and rack and that your controls are properly set. You can view the full list of troubleshooting tips on page 30 of the Use and Care manual. If these tips do not help, please take advantage of your one-year warranty with us by calling 833-426-3393 so our technicians can ensure that your oven is working as it should.
