I have had this stove since 1/29/20 and I really love it except I have only baked in it 4 times! I have had dual fuel for years and I would't have anything else. If the power goes out, I can still use the cooktop. It is a beautiful unit and is easy to operate. The only issue I have is that when turned on, the electric oven upsets my dog to the point she starts shaking, pacing back and forth, panting, and wanting to go outside. My vet said she hears something we don't. I've had the Best Buy appliance technician out and he was unable to do anything. Likewise, GE sent their factory technician, who spoke with GE engineers, and no one knows what is causing the high frequency upsetting my pet. Apparently, I am the only one who has complained about this type of problem to GE. I would definitely recommend this product to my friends, but I would have them bring their pet over to my house first to see, if it has an anxiety attack, as my dog does. I would like to try another unit, hopefully, one that doesn't have the same issue.

Had this stove for about 2 weeks, and so far so good. We like the gas feature for the top and electric feature for the oven, since IMHO these are the best ways to cook. The white digital readout is nice and modern looking, with an LCD panel that illuminates when the gas is turned on, the oven is turned on, door is opened, etc. After about 20 seconds, the light turns off. What I don't like is the fact that when you press the remote enable button, the panel stays illuminated. There should be an option to turn it off. Remote enable must be turned on in order to use the GE Kitchen Appliances app. This app is limited, although it lets you preheat the oven from anywhere and set a timer. However, once a timer is set it cannot be changed. Another feature i'm not too thrilled about. All in all, we are happy with our purchase. I will update this review as we use the oven more.

Have only had this range in for a week due to kitchen remodel and thus far have been really pleased. Baked items have been consistent with temp. Grates are solid and of good weight. Thrilled with included double sided grill option. Looks and performs as I intended. Like the dual fuel option this range offers. Like the smart app options with this range. Overall thrilled with purchase of this range.

I am in love with this range! I have had a duel fuel range previously and will never go back! This range is great for people who like to cook and bake. I love the technology that comes with it as well. I can pre heat my oven from my phone so it is ready to go when I am. It also let's me know when it is pre heated so I dont have to be in the same room. The only issue I have with the range is not all the parts shipped originally so I have had to wait through 3 attempts to replace the missing part, but Best Buy ultimately replaced the whole range for me to get the needed part. Kudos!

We had to replace an old Kenmore range and wanted to stay with Dual Fuel so we can have a gas cook top and electric convection oven. The new range looks great, has an easy to use touch panel, and the display and controls are also very easy to read. We haven't had the oven for very long but have noticed the gas cook top is rather responsive and heats the pans quickly. Once the griddle was seasoned properly it works as expected (we like the griddle). The only thing it may miss for others is that the bottom drawer is not a warmer. We had one on the old oven and never used it. It may however be a deal breaker for some. The ranges that had this feature were also more expensive. I suppose one thing the oven could do better is pre-heat quicker. The display shows the current temperature while it heats up. Maybe looking at the display makes it slower :) Otherwise the regular and convection mode bake nice and evenly. A bit of advice - make sure to soak the griddle, cook top, and oven racks in hot soapy water to get rid of the oil that they were shipped in. They will smoke and stink if you forget.

Love the dual fuel - best of both worlds Precise gas cooking on range top, being able to regulate the heat (flame) easily and quickly. Great roasting and baking. Got range just before Thanksgiving and it was put to the test immediately. Christmas baking began after that and has kept it in use almost daily

Owned a model from 2013 in a previous home and when it came time to purchase a range for a new home there wasn't another one that that rose to the top of the research. Gas range and electric oven is always the perfect combination and this one does not disappoint in ease of use and efficiency.

Powerful, quick, and effecient for food prep. Whether it is a tea kettle for a cup of tea or a stir fried one dish meal, it takes about half the time of my previous electric range. Also, the grill does a great job for pancakes and steaks or chops. The Dual Fuel Electric convection oven automatically converts temperatures if desired, providing more accurate baking in recipes. Cooking with sealed gas burners is much easier, as cast iron grates may be lifted and the entire interior stainless steele surface may be wiped and cleaned beneath the burners.

We are extremely happy with the range. A star was taken off as the front was dented by the lower GE logo after the gas was hooked up. The metal is extremely thin and cannot blame The installer but more the gage of the metal.

I had to replace my 30 inch dual fuel GE Profile oven from about 13 years ago. Because of the tight place it was in, I decided to go with the same model, albeit the latest model. I was delighted to find that the new model has a middle burner, very chunky, stainless knobs and a large oven interior. I am missing, however, the oven manual when the delivery guys uncrated it - it must have gotten lost in the shuffle. I was very happy with the delivery personnel. They help m,e overcome several space challenges.

Install was easy, and so far the range is working great! We are still learning the different modes. Smart features seem limited (do your research), and I have some concerns on initial build quality (fasteners not installed all the way on door and behind range). Range is very stylish and looks great in our kitchen.

Love this range. So cool looking at so far, it's worked correctly. Seems to keep temps where they are supposed to be for the oven, and the range top heats up anything I put on the burner.

After using only a few months the oven light went out! The oven itself seems to be working fine but the light feature is important for proper baking. I’m disappointed the bulb is out so quickly after purchase.

This item has lots of features, and has taken me awhile to get used to it. But it got me through the holiday baking and meals like a champ. Pleased so far.

Great product, Best buy staff including the installers were awesome. Next appliance purchase will come from Best Buy!

This range is nice looking, good cooking burners but lacks an adjustable trim kit that I could make use of to finish making it look good in my kitchen.

The purchase process was easy however I have not picked up yet as I am having a kitchen remodel and am not ready for it.

we are still learning all the digital selections, but love it so far.

Great stove, WiFi capability which is surprising but convenient if your techy.
