    Cant say enough about the way Tony & Quincy handled the installation of our new gas range. They were so efficient and professional - they know their job well and what they are doing. please make sure the get Kudos for a Job Well Done!!! Really appreciated their skill and professionalism.     I only got to use this stove 2 times before it stopped working. After a few months back and forth with the tech guys they found out this brand had a recall and sent me a new model.

    I have hardly used the oven at all since it wouldn't preheat shortly after installation. I wasn't happy that neither Best Buy or GE would give me any money off. It took almost month to get the part and get repaired. I do like the looks of it. The stove top works great. The griddle is easy to use and clean. I am just unhappy that I paid full price for an oven that only worked 3 times. After reading other reviews I realized that other people had the same problem with their oven so GE needs to do better quality control.

    This item was a floor model that was dented. I never received this appliance because it was shattered while being loaded. Best Buy replaced it with same model for no extra charge. Love it!

    On the range delivered the electronics did not work Best Buy immediately replaced with another new one. Buy the optional cooking grate to switch out the griddle.

    Everything works great just missing a piece ontop of the stove but I’m trying to get in contact with the store to replace it. Other then that it’s perfect!
