We live in Alaska and only use it about a month out of the year. It brings the temperature in the room down to a reasonable temperature. The remote is also very handy.

Got this for my son room where it gets very hot in the summer and spring. It keep the room cold and is not very loud.

It keeps the open living room, dining room, kitchen area cool. From the ouside of the window that the exhaust is attached to, the warm air can be felt pouring out.

The machine takes about 3 minutes to chill the room. The product is well made. Cools my bedroom and then the blower is so strong

We bought it refurbished through Best Buy and it seriously seemed brand new when we got it. Kept our two bedroom apartment nice and cool and didn't make our electric bill go up too high either!

Previously purchased the Toshiba portable AC from Home Depot. Had to return the Toshiba from Home Depot due to the fact that it kept leaking and the water would drip on my hardwood floor. I looked around for the best portable AC and Best Buy didn’t disappoint. The moment I set it up, the apartment felt cooler instantly. Took about 10 minutes to install and was ready to go. If you’re looking for a reliable portable ac with evaporation technology I would highly recommend this product to anyone looking for a portable ac!

Much better unit than the delonghi it replaced. A little pricey, but time will tell. Glad I had for this wave of 90 degree days.
