    Worked great for 2.5 years and then just stopped working, pretty expensive dryer to last less than 3 years. Very frustrating that the cost to repair is more than half the cost of the original purchase of $600.

    The dryer worked for about a week and then had to call BestBuy for repair. The heating element was not working. They came about 10 days later (which was the earliest appointment that I could get) to fix it. The dryer again worked for 5 days. By this time, 30 days had passed and now I have to deal directly with GE. I usually do not write reviews but I would not recommend to buy this product and will not buy from BestBuy again.
