    I would say that Best Buy service is 5 stars but the product itself is horrible. I had to get Best Buy to replace it twice as it made a horrible noise when operated. Finally gave up and had Best Buy replace the unit with a Samsung Dryer that is perfect and quiet.

    No, I would not recommend this to a friend

    After 3 attemps with Lowe's for same product. 1) they broke on delivery 2) dryer damaged in shippment 3) wrong machined delivered. Finally went to Best Buy with great satidfaction !!
