I wish I could say I love this dryer, however, i haven't even had the chancd to use it due to best buy delivering a broken product. I purchased a washer and dryer, and the dryer was delivered broken and the customer service since then has been absolutely terrible. Despite multiple calls and promises that someone would come out to fix the issue, I am still stuck with an appliance that don’t work. Each time I reach out, I get the runaround—long wait times, transfers to different departments, and empty assurances that “someone will contact me soon.” Yet, no one follows through. For a company that prides itself on customer service, this has been one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. At this point, I regret ever purchasing from Best Buy. If you’re considering buying large appliances from them, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere unless you want to deal with broken products and no accountability.

Works perfectly with no issues. Much more complex than my last dryer.

My husband and I bought the machine.we got some problem in the beginning for the delivery. We have to wait for 2 week to have it delivery at home.But let me tell you is amazing we love it so much and is working perfectly.we have them for a month and is saving water lol .I though my bill well be a lot but is a way the machine will use less water and the close is super clean.from 1 to 20 I will give 20

We bought this to match our new washer, and it was the best decision. The dryer is easy to use and has so many settings to match whatever load is next. The clothes come out dry after just one cycle, and the filter is easy to remove, clean and replace. It’s so quiet and fits large loads, which makes the laundry take less time. We would definitely recommend it!

The washer is great but having to clean the filter is a chore...lots of water comes out and it creates quite a mess. I was not happy with the lack of care my delivery man took in moving my washer from the truck to my condo. Otherwise, the washer works great.

We love this dryer. It is efficient and quiet. The settings are easy to use and alerts you when the filter needs to be changed. The size is big enough for our king size blankets.

Love my new dryer. My old Whirlpool was 24 years old and still going, but when our washer went out we decided to get the matching dryer. The capacity is quite large and I can get laundry done a lot faster. There are so many cycles to choose from. I really love that I could have that many choices. This is going to be more energy efficient than my older dryer, and the performance makes me glad I purchased it!

No more clothes getting snagged! Easy to use and so many different modes. So glad my wife and I bought this dryer! We have the matching washer to go with it!

I purchased this dryer in October 2022. The first one delivered kept tripping the fuse which made me think I chose unwisely. Fortunately, that didn’t end up being correct. I’ve had zero problems with the replacement. Best Buy’s customer service when processing the exchange went smoothly too. I like the preset setting choices. The size of the drum is sufficient for a family of 3. It’s easy to load and unload. The clam shell lint holder is tricky to close after emptying, but it holds a lot of lint. Noise level is low when in use, and the chiming letting you know the cycle is done is cute. Pretty much the only complaint I have is the overstatement on how quickly the dryer could be delivered and installed. Don’t always believe what it tells you when you view the dryer’s “Delivery and Installation” date. It won’t be that soon. Both dryers took weeks longer.

This dryer is much faster than my old one. I appreciate it tumbles the clothes to keep wrinkles out when I can't get to it right away. My unexpected favorite feature is GE has an Alexa skill so my Echo devices will let me know verbally when the cycle is over.

Replaced a 15 yr old dryer with this. Wife is so much happier. This dryer only needs one cycle to dry heaviest of items and capacity is more than we've used even when we washed & dried the two week backlog until this unit was installed. Got the pedestal and also love it. No more stooping and trying to reach that one sock at the back of the drum.

Dryer was easy to install. Directions to use were easy easy to understand. Dryer is working like a charm!
