Drum replaced after 5 months!

Now five months later I had to have the entire drum replaced. It sounded like there were 10 pairs of tennis shoes in there every time I ran my dryer. Luckily this happened during the warranty., But some thing happening this major after having the dryer for five months is totally unacceptable. I paid over $1000 for this dryer I expect more than five months out of it. I was told by the repair company that there’s been several of this make and model that have had this same problem yet I don’t see any recalls for this dryer. Do better!

There seems to be a short in the power where it just shuts off. There power at the outlet is fine. We are currently waiting for someone to come and fix it. For something that costs over a 1000 it should work more than a few weeks.

It makes a clicking sound but won’t start up. This should not be happening after 5 months. Nothing is made of quality anymore. I wish I could take this junk back to the store!!! Now, I am inconvenienced as we wait to have it repaired. UNBELIEVABLE!!!
