I had issues with delivery and installation by BestBuy. Machine leaked and had water standing on the floor only 30 min after delivery and install. I immediately called the delivery driver and no answer. After multiple conversations with the 1-800 “staff” I was given a date for new installers 12 days out. After I completed my first survey I was contacted within hours by Christopher the manager at the store I purchased. He proceeded to contact another set of installers who rearranged their schedule to make the simple hose adjustment to stop the leaking. These two guys were amazing! They ran a load, stayed long enough to find the issue and solved the problem. They furnished me with their phone number, sent me multiple texts that night and the following day to “check in” making sure the issue was resolved. Thank you to Christopher, the manager. Thank you to Matt and Jake, the installation guys. All three of you were amazing! This was my first major appliance to purchase at BestBuy and was extremely dissatisfied. After dealing with Christopher, Jake and Matt I will consider purchasing again.

This is the BEST dryer I have owned and replaces a wonderful Samsung steam and dry dryer. Easily installed and the guys from Best Buy made it easy for this older person.

I’m am very pleased with my purchase. The salesperson was extremely helpful and explained all features of the washer and dryer. Delivery was top notch. They arrived as scheduled, were thorough in their setup and made sure the products were operational before leaving.

So far so good. We have owned it one month and everything works perfectly. We love the wifi feature and it is a quiet machine. It is deeper (by dimension) than our previous set so that’s one thing to watch for.

THE WASHER HAS THE FEATURE WHERE YOU CAN PUT UP TO 50 OZ OF DETERGENT . IT TAKES WHAT IT NEEDS EACH TIME. YOU NEVER FORGET TO ADD THE SOAP. THE DRYER IS FAST . i AM COMPAIRING TO MY SAMSUNG. IT WAS ONLY 4 YEARS OLD AND NOT VERY CLEAN WORTHY

Dryer works as expected. No complaints at all. Clothes come out quickly, thoroughly dry, and without wrinkles. The Wi-Fi option allows Alexa to announce when the clothes are done, which is very helpful.

Love that it connects to the GE App - which also links our washer partner to this product!! It notifies us when there are 5 minutes remaining in drying time as well as when the cycle is complete.

Really great dryer and love the wifi notifications. It takes 1/3 of the time of our last dryer to complete a cycle and it’s pretty quiet. We are very happy with our purchase and the price from Best Buy.

This dryer is fantastic, it works very well, leaving the clothes very well dry. I don't regret having bought it, it's really worth what it costs

I love this GE Dryer! It dries a full load of towels in 40 minutes. The wrinkle release does a great job getting the wrinkles out. The lint trap is genius, best lint trap z I’ve ever seen on a dryer.

beats my old dryer by a long shot. Even when using the presets it senses whether or not the items are dry and shortens or lengthens the cycle accordingly. King size comforter drys in no time

Seems to dry clothes quickly. Has a steam mode to get wrinkles out. even come with the hookup for the steam option so you don't have to buy it extra. hooks to internet so you can get notifications on your phone when it is complete.

Dryer has been amazing since we started using it. It has smart features and the app connectivity is very convenient in letting you know on time when the dryer has completed its cycle. Overall very satisfied with this purchase.

Wow! What an improvement over our prior dryer. Had a 10 year old Maytag that gave us no trouble, and due to its age it took a lot more time to dry clothes. Most average loads are dry in 20-30 minutes. As with many newer dryers, it senses moisture in drum and automatically adjusts time remaining to save energy and prevent damage to clothes when over-dried. Most importantly the sensing is accurate which maximizes savings. My prior dryer wasn’t nearly as accurate. Good selection of cycles and ability to adjust desired dryness as well as heat level to ensure no damages to delicates etc. WiFi functionality is nice, especially when it sends the notification that clothes are done as a reminder to get the load. You can also delay start from the app or turn on a load you forget to. Another cool feature that I grew dependent upon with my prior dryer is the steam function. This GE’s steam function allows you to refresh a load left for an extended time past completion by spraying a mist into the drum or adjust settings for other steam related needs without the need to have a bulky garment steamer in your closet. The only thing I don’t like about the dryer is the lint basket. It’s a “basket” (probably 2” wide or so) vs a simple screen. To clear the lint, you have to open the basket - but it’s two clips functioning as “latches” that in find awkward/difficult to open easily and I find myself fumbling around with it. Other than that frustration, this is a great unit and I am hopeful I’ll be just as pleased with its reliability.

This dryer is awesome! Highly recommend getting it with the pedestals, it just makes it better when switching laundry, the settings are awesome, easy to use, and it has a steam setting to remove wrinkles

We've only had our dryer a few weeks so feel requesting a review is a little early. So far very impressed! Clothes dry quicker than our old dryer. Haven't tried all the settings but it is easy to use. The concern which others have alluded to is the door & how it doesn't shut easily, seems off. The other observation is the design, wish the area around the door matched the washer. They don't look like a matched set. Also, have lost connection to my phone & haven't been able to reconnect. Would like to know when clothes are dry.

We bought at the best buy outlet mall. Paid ~$600 for the dryer. Well worth the value and drys clothes in a fraction of the time as our 2018 GE dryer did.

I love this dryer with the front end loader, I'm not very tall and the front end loader helps me take the clothes out. Haven't used the Steam part of it yet, but real interested in how it will work.

had this dryer about a week. Works great so far. Dried quickly with lots of options for fabrics. Steam function works good for taking out wrinkles. Fit and finish seems nice. Time will tell on the reliability.
