Ended up paying a 1/3 of the retail price on this open box item which was a display model in like new condition. Not that I'm an expert but it has preformed much better than expected and seems to cook pretty even top and bottom oven. My better half made the mistake of trying to cook pot pies on the top shelf of the bottom unit before I could tell her that was a no-no. Pies cooked fine, tops were absolutely charred lol. Have used it about 2 weeks now and everything since has been just fine. Have had biscuits a couple times and they also seem to cook evenly. Read alot of feedback on other double ovens and that seems to be a common complaint. This unit did great. Can't wait for a turkey! Two of our casseroles came out perfect at about same temp and cooking time. The preheat is super fast and one reason why we finally replaced our old unit. The 6 burners are also excellent including fast boil. Haven't used the griddle but it is huge compared to others. Fairly simple to set controls, I always play before I read the manual and had no problem doing most functions. I finally read it to figure how to increase the audio on the timer! The kicker is the better half just loves it even after the 1st event! So I would highly recommend this item but don't think I would pay retail price. It's probably worth it to whoever has 3300 to throw at it before extended warranty. I paid 1300 with a 5 year warranty plus bought the matching dishwasher with same policy for a total of under 2000 including the tax so you can say I couldn't be happier. This is also a Matted Black or Gun metal color which has really grown on us considering I was going to buy SS. Like I said, we couldn't be happier so far!!!

This is a great stove. Love the double ovens. Built very well and works flawlessly.

Always preferred cooking with a gas top. Always seems to give a more even heat and better control. Had been using electric for awhile but had a gas line run so I could have dual fuel. Love cooking with convection oven. Bakes well. Big plus is having gas cooking even if power goes out.

Wife loves the two ovens. We use the center skillet for pancakes. Actually placed 1/8” copper sheet under for perfect heat distribution. Small rattle fixed by adjusting legs.

This combines baking in an electric oven with the gas cook top. Once you begin stove top cooking with gas instead of electric you instantly become a better cook. The easy to adjust gas heat gives a much wider range of temperature setting. So if you want to simmer a dish, this gas cook top delivers, plus any other cooking temperature as well. Meanwhile the steady temperature control needed for baking is best achieved with electric heat. Perfect match for your cooking needs.

My review is probably a bit skewed because of the great price, but this oven has not given me any issues or pause. Heats up reasonably well and seems to bake with no hot spots. Love the ability to start preheat the oven from my phone.

Love this stove, it is the centerpiece to our kitchen. Not only looks great but cooks great!

Everything works really nicely. The various options for baking are nice. The only "problem" is the lower oven is very low. If you're not comfortable bending or squatting to get things then you should not get this oven. I'm really happy with this oven.

We got it from the outlet half the original price. Although it was expensive for I wanted to spend but at the end it was worth it. It has a wireless enable mode to change the oven settings, and tells you which cooktops are on and off. I love it.

Geek squad came home and repaired it. Was not happy that they cancelled the first visit and I had to take another day off. There was a screw sticking out that was touching the convection fan. I don't know kw how this happened. But we bought an opened box so I am sure this was the issue that the previous owner had and courses the return.

So far, so great. We've been using this range for about a month. It's solid, beautiful, and we're still figuring out all of its features. We did get a great deal on it as it was an open box item.

Unfortunately the BestBuy sales staff did not give me a heads up that this Dual Fuel is a 110v vs. 240v. I had to refuse the delivery due to power differences. I didn't want to hire an electrician to change my power source --- otherwise I would have taken the delivery.

Love this double oven range. Only complaint is that the light in the upper oven has already gone out (not even 6months old), so now I have to make a service call to have it fixed.
